красное прямоугольное полотнище с соотношением ширины к длине 2:3, с голубой полосой вдоль верхнего края шириной в 2/5 от ширины полотнища и несущее посередине фигуры из герба района: орла с распростертыми крыльями на голубой части полотнища и снопа пшеницы на красной части полотнища; все фигуры желто-оранжевые, концы крыльев орла - чёрные.
