Hayatı
değiştirGarrel, Paris'te doğdu, film yapımcısı Philippe Garrel ve oyuncu Brigitte Sy'nin kızıdır. Kardeşi ise oyuncu Louis Garrel'dir. Esther, oyuncu Maurice Garrel'in torunudur.[1]
